đShipping & Delivery
Nairobi Delivery
Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 1-2 business days. Delivery charge is KES 200 for orders below KES 10,000. FREE delivery for orders KES 10,000 and above.
Upcountry Delivery
Deliveries to other counties take 2-4 business days. Shipping costs vary by county. You can also choose self pick-up at our Nairobi CBD store for free.
Express Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Additional charge of KES 400 applies.
đŗPayment Guidelines
M-Pesa
Pay via M-Pesa Paybill. Business Number: 123456, Account Number: your order number. Send STK push directly from our checkout page.
Debit/Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card transactions are secured with 3D Secure authentication.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available for orders over KES 50,000. Contact us for our bank details and allow 1 business day for payment confirmation.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging. Electronic items must be returned unopened for a full refund.
Warranty Claims
All products come with the manufacturer's official warranty. Contact us within the warranty period for repairs or replacements. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you offer product demos?
Yes, you're welcome to visit our showroom at Moi Avenue, Nairobi to see and test products before purchasing. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at time of order placement will be honored.
